Capturing Tony and Alyssa’s wedding day was nothing short of magical and full of fun. One of the things I remember that stood out to me while I was with the girls as they got ready was her mom! Alyssa’s mom was so sweet and had all of the details all sorted out for me to capture. She was so excited to ask me how I was feeling and checking in throughout the day! Other than the inevitable waddle at the end of the night, I was happy to let her know that at 30 weeks pregnant I was feeling great!
Tony and Alyssa chose to do a first look prior to the ceremony on a beautiful golf course right where the girls were getting ready. Once Graham had gotten Tony situated I went over to say hi and check on him, he was so excited to see his bride! As soon as they were together their joy was absolutely contagious.
Tony and Alyssa got married at their local church and celebrated their reception at The Grove! They had four toasts! Each one was full of stories that shared how caring each of them are apart, but also highlighted how wonderful they are for each other. A major highlight from the toasts was simply hearing just how loved Tony and Alyssa are by their friends and family!
Another part that I loved from Tony and Alyssa’s wedding, was a generations dance! They had all of the couples out on the dance floor that had been married for 24 hours or more, 3 years, 10 years, and so on. The DJ finally dwindled down the crowd to 60+ years of marriage! Two grandparent couples were remaining and they got to share some marriage advice for Tony and Alyssa. I had never seen this before and it was such a precious way to highlight true love and kick off the newlyweds with lasting advice.
